Basic Ticket Information Sample App

This sample app displays ticket, agent and Zendesk information on the Ticket Sidebar. It is designed to show you how to use and call basic APIs and use Zendesk-style menus.

The following information is displayed:

• Ticket type
• Ticket subject
• Ticket CCs
• Agent name, role and email
• The current account
