Counter beats messy #6

Every second the counter beats we can see the value jumps during several values.

for exampe:
when the counter beats from 12:55 to 12:54.

The counter would change from 12:55 to 12:54.
Then the counter would become 12:55 in a short time.
The counter become 12:54.
Thes steps would repeat again and again.

This is tested on windows-10.
