I plan to add support for enabling and disabling some lslint switches through configuration and command palette.

I have concerns about the amount of work require to implement the feature how I intend but I created this issue to track the progress on it.

parse preprocessor switches such as #define USE_LAZY_LISTS
add persistent configuration
add command palette actions
