Bug Description
On swap page, "Minimum received" and "Price impact" question mark do not display any message

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to swap page, select a pair, enter some amount to be swapped
  2. "Minimum received" and "Price impact" appear on the bottom half of the screen, with question mark next to them

Expected Behavior
hovering or clicking the question mark should display a message with an explanation
