原因应该是ec-canvas下的echarts.js 没有包含“标注组件”
解决方法：使用echarts官方的构建工具构建新的echarts.js替换（勾选标注组件）
2.1 注意这里不要勾选“代码压缩”，不然会报错 “type 找不到等错误”，原因未知
2.2 后续可以用其他工具再压缩大小试下（目前测试压缩到了600多k后是没问题的）
