It needed to be removed as it doesn't work on ARM. QEWD is not currently being used, and perhaps we should just remove QEWD entirely; or find a replacement for the daemon utility.

ARM64 (AARCH64) support

rockylinux/rockylinux -> rockylinux:8.6, which has an explicit ARM
image.

Removed daemon package, as it has no ARM installer. Only used by QEWD
right now, which is not really being used anywhere that I know. Issue
created to track this:
#71.

Removed logic for x86_32 vs x86_64, which doesn't apply anymore, as
neither YottaDB nor GT.M has 32 bit support anymore; and the logic
mistakenly defaulted to 32 bit library structure for ARM64, which was
incorrect.
