Ability to regionalize pages instead of Google-Translating them #132

So far, the only page that considers a different language, other than English, is the wrong language.
Even so, it uses Google Translator's engine to translate, which is a major improvement over not translating at all , but could also be flawed.

My issue has two points:

  1. Could we use the community support to translate the existing pages, in order to make them more accessible?
  2. Could we regionalize the pages and make them respond to these community-translated versions?

I understand that only wronglanguage has a potential to be translated, but even so... I think it would be a major enhancement.

Great suggestion!

If this is completed, I'd also recommend modifying the specific translations for which there exist language versions of SO, with a direction that "there exists a Stack Overflow in [language X], consider asking there".

In the mean time, is there an alternative we can use, like another translator?
