Incentives frontend can show tokens not only in the pool list

At present when a funder wants to fund a flow they only get options to use tokens in the pool list. Its possible to fund a flow with any token in the wallet. The fee is generally paid in WHALE in whatever IBC denom.

As a flow funder
I want a way to fund a pool with a new token
So that I can do it quickly with a frontend

Right now if you create a flow with a token we dont have listed on that chain variant then we get Unknown. We should be able to fund with any token rather than needing a backing pool.
