Spectator mode - See everything

Add a way for a specific admin spectator to view everyone's cards and limbo, maybe even be able to look at each player's deck. This could be used to host tournaments and stream it while seeing everything that is going on.

Implementation ideas

• Make the game a 5 player game where one player may take on the admin spectator.
• Tag some users with the ability to see everything when they spectate (just some Snowdale staff).

Alternative method

1. Create tournament accounts.
2. Each player always uses one of these.
3. Streamer logs into each account as well and splices their views in OBS.
