Over the last few years, the Torus Labs and Web3Auth community have seen tremendous growth. This is all because of the love from the overall Web3 ecosystem, helping us achieve our goal of bridging the gap between the Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
As we started to grow, we realised that to serve our community better, we need to have a safe space for everyone to interact, discuss, ask questions and ultimately learn from each other. Hence, with this vision, we started our very own discussions page as a place to ask questions to the community or make suggestions to the team.
How to ask for help in the Web3Auth Community Discussions?
For any kind of support from the community, the Help section is your way to go. How small you think your problem is, don't worry about asking us about it. It actually helps us understand the developer experience on a deeper level. By asking a question, you're actually helping the community. However, before asking a question, we just ask you to go through the following steps:
Finally, please be respectful towards the other community members. You're always bound by the Code of Conduct while participating in this discussion board. This is a safe space for everyone where racism, sexism, harassment or abuse of any kind are never tolerated. If you are in a situation that makes you uncomfortable, please reach out to any of the moderators personally or mail us at [email protected]. We will make sure your concern is promptly resolved.
