Stuck notes?

I seem to be getting quite a few stuck notes, that aren't reflected in the Roli Dashboard (I'm using a Seaboard Block). I don't think the problem could be in my voice management anywhere; I can see in my activeNotes listener that certain notes appear to keep being present when they should be released.

I haven't dabbled much with WebMIDI apart from this, so don't have a strong sense of how reliable it is in general. I also haven't tried to look into mpejs to see if there's any likely places where it could be going wrong at that level, and I imagine there's a moderate chance it's not at the mpejs level that there's a problem, although it doesn't appear to be at the driver or firmware level. I'm running Electron 3.0.4 on macOS, should get 'round to trying some different combinations.
