$ numeralconverter -a 5.967

results in "5.967" is not an Arabic number!, which is obviously incorrect.
Also the usage says -a [arabic number] and should be changed to say -a [whole arabic number]

This seems to only happen when the VB version is running on mono, on DotNet it just rounds it to the nearest whole number.
