Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now Microscope Hardware Specification Metadata entered via M2A and stored in the Microsope.JSON file is floating on its own.

Describe solution
Microscope Hardware Specification Metadata has to be linked with the MicroscopeConfiguration object

Additional context
This was identified as PRIORY at the Lock-In meeting (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1y9bEeB-yP5_xhnw37rQiil5TLFe3SNOyrluUvJJxLsE/edit)
