Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the FileName is not recorded in Metadata and the save function utilizes only the MicroscopeName field.
This creates problems when the user changes the FILENAME on the file system because that name is not used for handling the MICROSCOPE inside the APP.

HAS TO DECIDE HOW TO HANDLE THIS

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Either leave as is, block use of CAPS in MicroscopeName, instruct users and fix issue [BUG] MANAGE INSTRUMENT and SETTINGS --> Changed behavior with saving file #379
• Or, use FileName, create the field and create Save and SaveAs functions upon saving
