RSS Feed Encoding URLs

Expected Behaviour

We expect that the link we add to the sermon is the same link that gets submitted to the rss feed.

Actual Behaviour

The rss feed includes an encoded version of the URL which breaks our hosting providers url parser

Steps To Reproduce

1. upload a sermon audio file with url parameters

Sermon Manager Version:2.17.1.2
WordPress Version:6.2.2
PHP Version:7.4.33

Any Additional Info

this bug is effecting the way dropbox passes the rlkey which means that our podcasting doesn't work. Wondering if an option to disable url encoding could be added like the option to enable https.
