The player should regenerate health over time, when they are under a set "cap". The regeneration should only regenerate the player up to that cap. Before starting to regenerate, there must be a "cool off" period where the player regenerated no health, when the period is finished, the regeneration starts. If the player is damaged while regenerating, the regeneration process, including the cool off period
