Account / User profile: Easier account deletion processes

If a user wants their account to be deleted, a admin needs to disable the account manually plus removing the ratings and the name etc.

To make the process easier:

• The user should get an option to delete their account
• The disable button should probably be repurposed to include clearing ratings, names, comments, etc. to make it easier for admins
  -> These options should get 1 or 2 warnings in form of popup windows (safety measure)

Additional options:

• Possibility to reinstate the account in a specific time frame (1 week or 1 month after deletion?)
  -> This is to prevent accidental and malicious deletions
