[Feature] 明细表-主题-冻结列 添加配置支持滚动到初始位置时不展示冻结线效果

What problem does this feature solve?

1. 目前是只要配置了冻结列效果，不管横向滚动条的滚动位置，冻结线的效果会一直存在
2. 希望能增加配置，当滚动到初始（左侧）、结束为止（右侧）时，冻结线效果消失

期望效果类似下图

What does the proposed API look like?
