add a docs MD file which can be fed to an agent such github spark, copilot, workspaces, v0, replit agent, etc

oops jk that was #337 this is a bit different

related:

  1. direct integration of bolt and supabase is upcoming: https://x.com/supabase/status/1865914175752659288
  2. cursor agents are a thing now
  3. allegedly open ai agents are coming q1 or sooner (launch week ongoing)
