If any NPC spawn any ammo entity upon death when that ammo entity currently not appear in the map, map crash. If all the ammo entity was taken off by player before then a dying NPC spawn that same ammo entity, map crash, I think there should be a method to precache the ammo model when load the map to solve this problem (currently game don't have it or I don't know).
