[BUG] Secondary Graphics Card not work on Debian 12 with Steam VR but works fine everywhere else #729

Describe the bug
cannot work on Debian 12 with graphics driver.

To Reproduce
run steam vr on a bumblebee Thinkpad P53 with the nvidia drivers installed

Expected behavior
it is supposed to function and not throw errors

current stable
SteamVR version:
beta
Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu):
Debian 12
Steam runtime diagnostics: [generate via Help -> Steam Runtime Diagnostics in the Steam client]
