@tsagadar @easybe We want to keep python on latest version for the docker image right? Should we be testing with different supported versions automatically?

For now I can manually test with these versions if needed.

Considering I am running 3.12.7 locally and haven't gotten any deprecation warnings for anything, I am assuming this is safe to merge, but want to get a second review.

Bumps python from 3.12.5-alpine to 3.13.0-alpine.
