I'm developing an application that can only use libraries with MIT Licence.
On your blog you just say "it's free" and on Github is nothing. And in the source code it says: "Dual licensed under the MIT and GPL licenses".
But GPL isn't compatible with my app.
Can I choose one of the liceses or must my app be compatible with both licenses?

You can choose which license best applies for you -- the design of it is to be as flexible as possible. I'm going to do some research to clarify the exact language I should change to make this clear. But for now you can safely proceed with usage in your app.
