@LlGC-szw,I'd like to clarify which documents are considered relevant and should be pinned to the community channel. Additionally, which of these documents should be restricted in visibility exclusively to the community channel.

@LanieOkorodudu, the scope of this issue is actually very narrow: #977 talks about creating a workflow for using the community board and documenting that workflow. This issue is just a reminder that, once we have the document created, we need to pin it to the community board so it is easy to find.

For broader discussion about private vs. public documents, etc., #1144 might be of some interest (though this matter is really threaded through a number of open issues right now).
