Although this was fixed in LDM 6.13.16, it wasn't fixed if registry.xml, since this was made on a system that already had LDM installed.

The ntpdate section should be as follows:

ntpdate server 0.us.pool.ntp.org server 1.us.pool.ntp.org server 2.us.pool.ntp.org 5
