Thanks for the report.
I can't get it to slice either. There doesn't appear to be any errors in the model.
This appears to be a duplicate of the standard slicing bug in 5.4.0.

I'll mark this as a duplicate and the Cura team will take a look.
(It's a long slice, but it sliced fine in 4.13.1 and 5.2.2)
