Thanks for the report and the file.
I'm on Windows 10P and I didn't have any trouble slicing it. That seems to be the norm as there are a lot more reports about this bug occurring on Win11 than on other operating systems.

I'll mark this as a duplicate and go ahead and close it as the Cura team has a lot of examples of this behavior.

There are three workarounds for the bug:

  • Move the model around in Cura.
  • Rotate the model in Cura.
  • Change the Initial Layer Height by a little bit.

Here it is sliced in 5.4.0. Are you sure you can get this off the build plate without breaking it? I think I'd be inclined to modify it in MS 3D Builder so those "almost islands" were connected better to the main piece.
