Review new Shibboleth files

Approximately 70 new files were created as part of the 5.1.2 upgrade and the plugin upgrades. I have captured a list of these (not included here due to the size). Many of these are cases where the 5.X version makes minor changes to a file we are using, so Shibboleth creates an "idpnew" file allowing us to review what changed to see what we want to adopt or ignore.
Most of these can be ignored, but it is prudent to review these to see what has changed.

I decided that reviewing all these files is not required and not to be prioritized over other work we need to do. I put copies of these files in a stash location where we can review them later to see if there is anything we want to keep.
