Finish the list of issues / the book

This issue exists to urge allow @jgonggrijp to finish the list of issues, a.k.a. his book of features and parts of the read-it application he designed on the basis if the sketches and ideas collected in Rennes.

I am moving this to the earlier milestone. Not because we need the full book by then, but I think we do need the specifications / issues to realize a version that will be testable by the users. At the very least, I think we need an issue to update the welcome page, router and aspect(s) such that the various parts become functional all together.

Completed my own design, including all features that I think are relevant for the first user-testable version (and others), by adding #104, #105, #106, #107 and #108.

Not all features that appear in the user's drawings are represented in issues yet; follow-up in #109.
