I have exactly the same problem. However, after reading Google's instructions on removing cookies from only one site, I went back through sbert.net and could not find the original reference to gpl.sbert.net anywhere. I only found this page after searching Google for the exact phrase "gpl.sbert.net". At least those results confirm that I was not hallucinating.
p.s. This link doesn't work either: https://domain-adaptation.sbert.net/
