  1. Start the app by clicking on the app icon, you should see a login page.

  2. Assuming you already have an account, when you login in with your credentials, you should see a page with your current steps taken and a “start walk/run now” button.

  3. Press the button and there will be a timer that will start recording the duration of your activity, your velocity, and the steps taken.

  4. When you are finished, press the “End walk/run” button and the page will stop recording your activity and display the duration of the activity, the velocity, and the steps taken.
