Stress test the infrastructure by letting multiple people run the IDEAS/MedICSS Project simultaneously.

Target group: 5-6 users.

  • Created 4 XNAT users with my xnat-aws/configure/playbooks/test-multiple-xnat_users.yml playbook
  • Uploaded a single subject (KENT_CLARK) dataset for each subject
  • Ran the data uploading concurrently to test the handling of multiple incoming connections --> Success ✅
  • Running all pre-processing steps and launching the FastSurfer pipeline for each user through the XNAT UI --> jobs failing due to memory issues again ❌

Conclusion: we probably need #76.
