Task Description

The omero_server role and install_omero_server.yml playbook needs to be incorporated from https://github.com/UCL-MIRSG/OmeroInstaller.

Add omero_server role and playbook (#53)

Changes:

- Add `omero_server` role (this is almost identical to the [OME
role](https://github.com/ome/ansible-role-omero-server) but we don't use
that here because [running an upgrade with the OME role is
broken](ome/ansible-role-omero-server#72)).
- Add playbook for installing OMERO
- Change the `web` group to `xnat` for the `install_xnat` playbook.

Closes #54
