🐛 [BUG]: Renovate failing to check available versions of DAX plugin

Bug Description

Renovate fails to check the available versions of the DAX plugin, with a 401 error:

DEBUG: GET https://api.github.com/repos/VUIIS/dax/contents/misc/xnat-plugins = (code=ERR_NON_2XX_3XX_RESPONSE, statusCode=401 retryCount=0, duration=97)
DEBUG: Failed to look up custom.VUIIS-dax package VUIIS/dax

The URL is correct and its a public repo, so I'm not sure why there's a 401 error.

Steps to Reproduce

Look at the logs in the renovate console https://developer.mend.io/github/UCL-MIRSG/ansible-collection-xnat

Acceptance Criteria

Renovate is able to check the available version of the DAX plugin

There's a question around whether we still need this plugin. Is anyone using it on any of the servers? Does it need to be in the default list of plugins, or should it be a server-specific plugin?

We plan to remove the DAX plugin rather than resolve this issue.
