chicken package.py gmake dependency causes build to fail - wait for spack update #11

Makfile build class needs parallel = False but adding depends_on('gmake', type='build') make the parallel = True ignored. On spack slack #packaging some bloke confirmed it was a bug and being fixed in the develop branch, so should be fixed in spack 0.19.1

Therefore fix chicken package.py once v0.19.1 is released
