Investigate weaveworks/ignite as alternative host provider

At time of discovery, this was the VM declaration format.
Contains options for networking which is 👌 yes.
No daemon+socket yet so will wait for it to mature further but looks very promising. Has default to spin up ubuntu vm with ssh and docker
