Are the applicants expected (or allowed) to form a team prior to the day of the event?

Honestly, I'm not even sure if the hackathon will be in team-/individual-format.

No problem with forming a team before the event, we will provide time for teams to form during the day and others may want to join your team. Which hack topic are you interested in? Feel free to open a new issue on a hack topic of you choice, assuming it's related to cycling potential. More details for participants via email before the hack.
