Option clash for package natbib when using rsc citation styles

I was trying to use the rsc citation style instead of the default plainnat. I added \usepackage{rsc} to the preamble and changed \bibliography{sample-handout} to \bibliography{rsc}, the compilation terminated with following errors:

This problem can be reproduced with the template given on Overleaf, any idea on how to fix it? Or is it possible to switch to biblatex instead of using natbib?
