Button that appears when user scrolls down
Clicking the button smooth scrolls (an animated scroll instead of a sudden jump) the user back to the top of the page
Button should remain fixed in the bottom right corner and disappear again when the user reaches the top of the page
Design is depicted in bottom right of above image
Add to every-page template
