Just wondering if it would be at all possible to modify the search terms so 
that you can specify ARE or ARE NOT?

As it is currently possible to search for various categories I would niavely 
believe it would be a relatively simple matter to be able to search with a NOT 
category.

As an example, I have searched for PILLARS near SHEFFIELD but it would be 
helpful if I could specify the condition as NOT DESTROYED.
