Make room/problem page components resizable

The user needs to be able to change/resize the layout to read and solve problems easier. I believe we can use the native CSS resize or dnd to achieve this. We expect to have a better user experience with this.

Note: Since room and problem layouts differ we should make these changes for both of them.
