Update Factchecks, Import Last Factchecks should have explanation/description what does it do in the panel

@yozness is the documentation clear on what should you do as an administrator?

For me it's not, mainly because it's not based on user cases. I wonder:

  • If I add the statement in WP, do I have to do anything in the admin panel? If so then what specifically?
  • If I've found new article that mentions checked statement, how I can add it to the database?

Sorry, I am terribly busy this week with n event we are hosting, cannot really focus on reading documentation now. Will do it on Sunday.

I can say that I have tried it after our last Skype and after circa three minutes I figured it out, so it shouldn't be really hard. Of course it can be improved, anything is improvable :)

I can actually rewrite it to be more user friendly, if you agree (and think it is necessary).

I for one think it is missing a basic intro, an overview (reminder?) of what this is (what it does, how it benefits the user) and how it does it (how it works)
