Whole "1n" note interval duration is equal to "2n" half note interval duration in loop #1292

To Reproduce

just create the loop
const loop = new Tone.Loop(()=>{
console.log("test")
}, "1n");
loop.start();

Then try to change "1n" to "2n"
You will see that the console output will be at the same speed as in the previous case.
