The documentation tells me to load the file 'easytls-openssl.cnf', but I can't find it.

You cannot find because it does not exist: easytls-openssl.cnf

Perhaps, you have confused Easy-TLS with Easy-RSA ?

I don't know where this picture came from.But this one shows easytls-openssl.cnf.
And document tells me that I need to copy “easytls” and “easytls-openssl.cnf” to C:\Program files \OpenVPN\easy-rsa
