To add a migration:
First you must have EF cli installed (run dotnet ef to check)
In the PackageManagerConsole window of Visual Studio (or powershell window) navigate to the TASVideos directory and run this:
dotnet ef migrations add [NameOfMigration] --project ../TASVideos.Data
