The ability for teachers to view every individual pupils progress in each of the 4 activities

Below is the original request for a table from the Slack discussion. However, in response to your User Stories link maybe a table isn't what we want? So we have just described the requirement as the issue.

(FROM SLACK "4. Per-pupil. The table headings are the story name and the 4 activities and it is presented chronologicially. This is so a teacher can track progress by activity type depending what they are interested in for that pupil. An English teacher will want to look at all the Summarise and Clarify answers to see if, over time, the pupil has improved. A science teacher may be more interested in Question/Connect, etc.")
