Like in EthLend here - https://ethlend4.herokuapp.com

In-place Spinner - check Mater-design/template (with animation)

Scenario:

User clicks on "Create bounty" button
Disable all controls
User clicks on OK in MetaMask
If user clicked on Reject -> ENABLE controls
Show Spinner (in-place)
Wait for tx to be mined
After TX is mined (getTransactionReceipt) -> go to /bounties
