Disconnecting and reconnecting without a protocol supplied causes ws-fallback logic to fail. #208

kbranch: a quick check looks good, things seem to work the same. The only issue is that disconnecting and immediately reconnecting throws an error: Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at ws://archipelago.gg:56690/.. I do also get an error object, but I'm not finding a clear message
