a basic commandline script

This module is intended as a utility for a Perl module or script to do diffs; it is not trivially executed as a Perl one-liner from the shell-prompt command-line.
Consider providing a basic commandline script which would expose a few options and fetch and operate on two named files, to match the convenience of App::ccdiff for terminal use and for debugging too.
