DLLCall returns an error in native x64 mode.

Workaround: x86 mode script or compiled binary works fine on Windows x64.
Tested on Windows 10 1803 x64 (OS Build 17134.228).

I'm leaving the x64 code and binaries in the library, just in case there is a solution in the future.
